Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of waste management operations.
  • Shadow experienced supervisors to learn operational procedures, route management, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in monitoring waste collection routes and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Learn to enforce safety regulations and best practices among collection crews.
  • Develop an understanding of waste disposal and recycling processes.
  • Support supervisory staff in daily administrative tasks and reporting.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
