Job Description

This is an entry-level position where no prior experience in waste management is required. You will learn the intricacies of waste collection, disposal, recycling programs, and team leadership, all while serving the community of Dallas.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of waste management operations.
- Shadow experienced supervisors to learn operational procedures, route management, and safety protocols.
- Assist in monitoring waste collection routes and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Learn to enforce safety regulations and best practices among collection crews.
- Develop an understanding of waste disposal and recycling processes.
- Support supervisory staff in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
- Engage with team members and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Identify and report operational issues or areas for improvement.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Texas Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
