Job Description

United Way Centraide London & Middlesex is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Virtual Charity Fundraisers. In this remote role, you will be the voice of our organization, connecting with potential and existing donors over the phone to inspire support for vital community programs. No prior fundraising experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing donors via outbound phone calls in a professional and compelling manner.
- Clearly articulate the mission, impact, and programs of United Way Centraide London & Middlesex.
- Inspire individuals to make financial contributions and support our community initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of donor interactions and pledges in our CRM system.
- Handle donor inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information or redirecting as necessary.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and fundraising guidelines.
