Job Description
Join Pearson UK as a Virtual E-learning Support Coordinator, a vital role in ensuring seamless online learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to students and educators using virtual learning environments (VLEs).
- Assist with the setup, navigation, and troubleshooting of e-learning tools and resources.
- Coordinate schedules and virtual meeting logistics for online classes and support sessions.
- Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and virtual calls.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with content creators and IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve user experience.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new users on platform functionalities.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of user guides and FAQs.
