Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including physical and functional evaluations.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation services.
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in line with professional and organisational standards.
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions, preventative measures, and self-management strategies.
- Participating in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
- Adhering to all relevant clinical guidelines, policies, and health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- A relevant degree or diploma in an Allied Health Profession (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Radiography, Dietetics).
- Current professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or eligibility for registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to a professional standard.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialist certifications or postgraduate qualifications in a particular clinical area.
- Experience working within the UK healthcare system or a similar Western healthcare model.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to patient demographics.
- Experience with electronic patient record systems.
