Job Description

You will be responsible for organizing, categorizing, and managing electronic files and documents across various platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately file and categorize digital documents and records according to established naming conventions and procedures.
- Organize and maintain digital folders and directories to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Perform regular data entry tasks to update and verify information within digital systems.
- Assist in the migration and archiving of older digital files as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all digital information handled.
- Collaborate with team members to improve filing systems and processes.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with digital files.
