Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for fitness and sales? We are seeking a Virtual Membership Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional support to gyms and clubs. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in assisting our partner fitness centers with their membership sales processes, engaging prospective members, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. You will handle inquiries, explain membership benefits, process new memberships, and foster strong relationships, all from a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound virtual communication (phone, email, chat) with prospective gym members.
- Present and explain various gym membership options, pricing, and club amenities effectively.
- Guide prospects through the membership sign-up process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with partner gyms and clubs to understand their specific needs and promotional strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any sales-related inquiries or issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in membership sales.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (minimum 12 months).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other virtual communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
