Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after receiving appropriate training and certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills (reading and understanding instructions).
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a physically demanding role (e.g., manual labour, construction, sports).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations (though not required, a plus).
