Job Description
Are you meticulous, reliable, and ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic warehouse environment? Woolworths Group is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Tally Clerk to join our Footscray team. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the precise movement and inventory of goods, contributing directly to our operational efficiency. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately count and verify incoming and outgoing stock items against manifests and invoices.
- Record all tally information clearly and precisely, either manually or using digital systems.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in stock counts, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments.
- Assist with the proper storage and organisation of inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other warehouse team members and supervisors.
- Learn and adapt to new processes and technologies as required.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Preferred Qualifications
