Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and empathetic individual to join our remote membership support team. As a WFH Membership Support Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing essential support and guidance for their financial inquiries and needs. You’ll handle a variety of requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping and a seamless member experience, all from the comfort and quiet of your home office. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to start a career in financial services without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding membership benefits, account details, and services.
- Assist members with basic account queries, troubleshooting, and navigation of online portals.
- Document all member interactions and resolutions meticulously in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
