Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work From Home HR Admin Assistant. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources with no prior experience or degree required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various HR initiatives. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR information system (HRIS).
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and termination letters.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Perform data entry and ensure data integrity across various HR platforms.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient remote work environment.
