Job Description
Are you passionate about podcasts and have a keen ear for detail? Spotify is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Podcast Audio Listener & Reviewer. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. No prior experience in audio review is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. Your main role will involve listening to a variety of podcast content, identifying potential issues, and providing feedback to help maintain Spotify’s high standards of audio quality and content guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to podcast episodes across various genres for quality assurance.
- Identify and report audio imperfections such as poor sound quality, distortions, or sync issues.
- Verify adherence to content guidelines, flagging any inappropriate or sensitive material.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive written feedback on podcast content and audio quality.
- Categorize and tag podcast episodes accurately based on content and metadata.
- Collaborate with content and quality teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Stay updated on Spotify's content policies and audio quality standards through ongoing training.
