Job Description
Join Zenith Yoga & Wellness as our new Part-Time Yoga Studio Receptionist! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and passionate individual to be the welcoming face of our studio. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has an interest in wellness, and thrives in a calm, supportive atmosphere. As a key member of our team, you will ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our students from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all students and visitors to the studio.
- Manage client check-ins, class bookings, and workshop registrations efficiently using our booking system.
- Process payments for classes, memberships, and retail items.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information about classes, schedules, and studio offerings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and retail space.
- Assist students with any inquiries, studio tours, or membership sign-ups.
- Support instructors and management with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Promote studio events, special offers, and new programs to foster community engagement.
- Handle light retail sales of yoga merchandise.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, scheduling software).
