Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of visual merchandising directives and store layout plans.
- Learn and apply Kohl's visual standards for product placement, signage, and display.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of sales floor areas and displays.
- Support the visual merchandising team with daily tasks, including moving fixtures and merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding visual merchandising needs and updates.
- Ensure merchandise is correctly priced, ticketed, and replenished on the sales floor.
Required Skills
- Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in visual merchandising and retail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Capable of standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus but not required.
- A passion for fashion trends and interior design.
