Job Description

Are you a highly organized individual with exceptional listening skills and a keen eye for detail? Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Work From Home Meeting Note Taker to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of virtual meetings, discussions, and decisions. You will be responsible for attending online meetings, actively listening to conversations, and meticulously recording key points, action items, and outcomes. This is a 100% remote, entry-level friendly position, ideal for someone looking for flexible work that leverages their strong administrative and communication skills. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend virtual meetings across various time zones as scheduled to capture live discussions.
  • Accurately record meeting discussions, decisions, and action items in a structured format.
  • Identify and highlight key takeaways, follow-up tasks, and responsible parties.
  • Organize and format meeting notes clearly and concisely for easy readability and quick reference.
  • Distribute timely and accurate meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information discussed during meetings.
  • Efficiently utilize specified note-taking software and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Proactively communicate any challenges or delays in note preparation and distribution.

Required Skills

  • Strong written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • High typing speed and accuracy to keep pace with discussions.
