Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented E-commerce Personalization Engraver to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sophisticated laser engraving machines to personalize a wide variety of products according to customer specifications. You will ensure the highest quality standards are met for every order, contributing directly to our brand’s reputation for excellence. This is an on-site position based in our Burnaby facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laser engraving machines to engrave text, logos, and designs onto various materials (e.g., metal, wood, acrylic).
- Prepare digital design files for laser engraving, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requests.
- Perform quality checks on all engraved products to ensure precision, clarity, and compliance with our quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Manage inventory of engraving materials and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and order fulfillment deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for machine operation and workshop environment.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and design teams to optimize personalization processes.
