Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior valuers with property inspections and data collection.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of property trends, comparable sales, and rental data.
- Prepare detailed financial models and cash flow projections for various property types.
- Draft sections of valuation reports and memoranda, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain and update property databases and market intelligence systems.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders as directed.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Property, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Valid Australian Driver's License.
