Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Part-time Mini-Bar Attendant to join our dedicated team at Rydges Mount Isa. This role involves managing the mini-bar inventory across our hotel rooms during routine day shifts. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure all mini-bars are consistently stocked, clean, and accurately accounted for. This is a routine role critical to enhancing our guests’ in-room experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Replenish mini-bar items in guest rooms according to established pars and guest consumption.
  • Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure freshness of products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of mini-bar areas within each guest room.
  • Record all mini-bar sales and consumption accurately for billing purposes.
  • Report any missing or damaged mini-bar items, or unusual activity, to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock ordering for mini-bar supplies.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests if encountered during duties.
