Job Description

ANZ Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Intern with a focus on Risk Management to join our dynamic team in Mooloolaba, Queensland. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting information security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Support the documentation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Research emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management best practices.
• Contribute to compliance efforts related to various security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Aid in the tracking and reporting of security incidents and risk remediation activities.
• Participate in security awareness initiatives and training programs.
• Collaborate with various IT and business units to understand their security requirements and challenges.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and systems.
