Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data, Admin & Support professional. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and providing essential administrative assistance from a remote setting. You will be responsible for managing data, providing clerical support, and assisting various departments with day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into various databases and systems.
  • Organise, manage, and maintain digital files and documents according to company standards.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams and departments as needed.
  • Respond efficiently to internal queries and provide first-level support for general administrative matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Support with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of virtual meetings.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with all relevant company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks to support business operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
