Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to caseworkers and legal staff.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records in our database system.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of immigration applications and supporting documents.
  • Conduct initial client intake, gather basic information, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information and sensitive documents.
  • Support general office functions, including filing, copying, and supply management.
