Key Responsibilities
- Hold and actively display promotional signs at designated street corners and high-traffic areas.
- Enthusiastically wave and interact positively with passersby to attract attention to our dealership.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor while representing Hershey Auto Group.
- Work independently and manage time effectively during scheduled shifts to maximize visibility.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Arrive punctually and prepared for all scheduled shifts, ensuring consistent coverage.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods, wave, and pivot effectively.
- Possess a positive attitude and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions (with appropriate breaks provided).
- Excellent non-verbal communication and engagement skills.
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
