Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Education Consultant to join our growing team in Newcastle upon Tyne. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients across the education sector, including universities, colleges, and government bodies. You will contribute to projects aimed at strategic planning, digital transformation, operational improvement, and policy development. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to identify client challenges and opportunities within the education sector.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations and strategic solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement project deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with diverse groups, including senior leadership.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other client-facing documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership and service offerings within the education practice.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated interest in the education sector and its challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of the UK education landscape, policy, and funding mechanisms.
- Previous experience in a consulting, project management, or analytical role.
