Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess their suitability for open positions and understand their career aspirations.
- Format and present candidate resumes to Recruiters and clients in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Support senior recruiters with administrative tasks and project work as needed.
- Proactively research market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and company culture.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance recruitment knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in customer-facing roles).
