Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring it effectively supports our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce environment, working closely with various business units to understand their needs, implement solutions, and ensure data integrity and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administration of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, security settings, and custom objects.
- Manage and maintain Salesforce data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness, including data import/export processes.
- Develop, create, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into key business metrics.
- Provide frontline user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver ongoing training to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and implement new features and functionalities within Salesforce.
- Stay informed about Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, making recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
- Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including hands-on configuration, customization, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionalities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Proficiency in creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, and Process Builders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or other programmatic Salesforce tools is a plus.
- Experience with data loader and other Salesforce data management tools.
- Project management experience, particularly in agile environments.
