Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Airport Cargo Pallet Wrapper to join our team at our Loughborough facility. This vital role involves the safe and efficient wrapping and netting of freight pallets destined for air transport. You will be responsible for ensuring all cargo is securely prepared according to strict aviation safety regulations and company standards. This is a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to operational excellence. Full training on specific wrapping and netting techniques, as well as safety protocols, will be provided, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently wrap and net various types of cargo pallets for air freight.
- Inspect pallets for stability and correct labeling before and after wrapping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required (training provided).
- Adhere strictly to all aviation security and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Report any damaged or improperly prepared freight to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
