Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Federal Reserve / Central Bank Assistant to join our secure facility in Buffalo, NY. In this vital role, you will contribute to the smooth and secure operation of critical financial processes. This position requires a high level of discretion, precision, and adherence to strict protocols to maintain the integrity and security of our operations. You will support various functions including inventory management, data entry, record keeping, and general administrative tasks within a secure, controlled access environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the secure processing and handling of sensitive financial documents and instruments.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of inventory, transactions, and other operational data.
  • Perform data entry and verification tasks with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
