Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Snow Tube Hill Attendants for the upcoming winter season. This is an exciting outdoor position that requires a love for winter and a commitment to guest safety and enjoyment. As a key member of our operations, you will ensure our snow tubing guests have a fantastic and safe experience on the hill. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for those new to the winter recreation industry or looking for seasonal outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide clear instructions on snow tubing rules and safety procedures.
- Assist guests with tubes, including proper loading and unloading at the top and bottom of the hill.
- Monitor the snow tube lanes to ensure safe traffic flow and address any hazards promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tube hill area and equipment.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform routine checks of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth hill operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various winter weather conditions (cold, snow).
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and guest well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (tubes) for extended periods.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or outdoor recreation role.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of ski resort or winter recreation operations.
