Job Description
Are you passionate about sports and eager to get your foot in the door of live broadcasting? Bally Sports Arizona is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Live Sports Camera Operators (Trainee) for weekend matches. This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for those with no prior experience in camera operation, as full training will be provided. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of capturing the excitement of live sports action for broadcast. If you’re a quick learner, have a keen eye, and are available on weekends, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Attend training sessions to learn camera operation techniques and broadcast protocols.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of camera equipment for live sports events.
- Operate various types of cameras under the direction of the production team during live broadcasts.
- Maintain focus and follow live action, ensuring high-quality visual capture.
- Communicate effectively with the director and other crew members.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues as needed.
- Adhere to broadcast schedules and production timelines.

- Reliability and punctuality for all assigned shifts.
