Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a structured training program to learn all aspects of machine operation and maintenance.
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor machine performance, identify minor faults, and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet Unilever's high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to hygiene and safety.
