Job Description
Are you looking for a physically active role where your fitness is your greatest asset? Harvey Norman Gosford is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our delivery team as a Delivery Driver Offsider. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who doesn’t have a driver’s license but possesses a strong work ethic and the physical capability to assist with the safe and efficient delivery of our wide range of products. You will work alongside an experienced driver, helping to navigate, load, unload, and set up items in customers’ homes. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in deliveries is necessary – just bring your energy and commitment!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the primary driver with navigating routes and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Safely load and unload a variety of furniture, appliances, and electronic goods from delivery vehicles.
- Carefully transport items into customers' homes, adhering to safety protocols and respecting their property.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, answering questions and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with basic assembly or placement of items as required.
- Communicate effectively with the driver and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules and potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organised delivery vehicle.
Required Skills
- Excellent physical fitness and strength, capable of lifting and moving heavy items safely and repeatedly.
- A strong, positive work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are paramount.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- No driver's license required for this specific role.
