Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team in Los Angeles, CA. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional behavioral analytic services to individuals across various age groups, focusing on assessment, development, and implementation of evidence-based intervention plans. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our members and their families through effective behavioral strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill assessments, to identify the needs of individuals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on assessment results, incorporating evidence-based practices and client preferences.
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and other behavioral technicians, ensuring fidelity of treatment implementation.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and generalization of skills across settings.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and education on ABA principles and strategies to promote long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
  • Adhere to the BACB Ethical Code for Behavior Analysts and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Required Skills

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, developing, and implementing ABA treatment plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Compassionate and client-centered approach to care.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation and data management software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to serve our diverse member population.
  • Experience working within a large healthcare system or integrated care model.
  • Prior experience with diverse age groups or specific diagnostic populations.
