Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated Circuit Board Component Sorter to join our production team in Rancho Cucamonga. This entry-level position is crucial to our manufacturing process, ensuring the correct identification, sorting, and preparation of various electronic components used in our flexible circuit boards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work accurately within a structured environment. Full training will be provided to ensure proficiency in our specific sorting protocols and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately identify and sort various electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.) according to part numbers, specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform visual inspections of components for defects, damage, or discrepancies before sorting.
- Organize and label sorted components neatly into designated bins, trays, or inventory locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures meticulously.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
