Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with no prior experience to learn valuable trade skills in a fast-paced production environment. You will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, assisting with various stages of door production, ensuring quality, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of various door types according to specifications.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely after receiving proper training.
- Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Support team members in meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Learn and follow all company procedures and policies.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a physical role or general labour.
- Clean driver's license and reliable transport.
- White Card (Construction Induction).
- Forklift license (though not essential, training may be provided later).
