Job Description

McDonald’s in London, Ontario is actively seeking dedicated Drive-Thru Window Bag Passers to enhance our customer service experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet drive-thru customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Verify order accuracy before handing off to customers.
- Efficiently package and pass food orders to customers through the drive-thru window.
- Process payments quickly and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru window area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front counter staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve minor customer service issues and escalate complex ones to management.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
