Job Description

Join our dynamic team at a premier event facility partnered with Hilton, specializing in weekend equestrian horse shows in Watford! We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Equestrian Center Event Assistant to support the seamless execution of our weekend events. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about events, customer service, or equestrian sports, even if you have no prior experience. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role. You will play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for participants and spectators alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of event areas, including course elements, spectator seating, and registration points.
  • Welcome and register participants, providing clear information and directions.
  • Guide and direct attendees and spectators to ensure smooth flow and enhance their experience.
  • Support event coordinators with various on-site tasks as needed, adapting to event requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all event zones.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all participants, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Help with general administrative duties related to event day operations.
