Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Escape Room Game Masters for weekend shifts. As a Game Master, you will be the heart of our immersive experiences, responsible for greeting guests, setting the scene for their adventure, monitoring games, providing hints, and ensuring everyone has an incredible time. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for engaging with people, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and brief groups of players, setting the atmosphere for their escape room experience.
- Monitor game progress using our specialized systems, providing timely and helpful clues without giving away too much.
- Effectively manage game timings and ensure smooth transitions between bookings.
- Reset game rooms meticulously and efficiently to maintain high standards for all new players.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and provide excellent problem-solving support.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the venue.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for weekend shifts.
