Job Description
We are actively seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Technicians to join our growing team in Rockford, Illinois. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and refrigeration units.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, theories, and practices.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical HVAC components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to HVAC work.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification (e.g., NATE, EPA Section 608) or equivalent international certification.
- Experience with smart home technology and building management systems.
- Associate's degree or vocational training in HVAC technology.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
