Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Pasta Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team in Lambeth. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow within the food manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the production of various pasta products, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Full training will be provided to ensure you become proficient in all aspects of the role, including machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pasta manufacturing machinery according to production schedules and specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the food production environment.
- Clean and maintain machinery and work areas to ensure a sanitary production environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Accurately record production data and complete necessary documentation.
