Job Description

Join Randstad, a global leader in HR services, as a Remote IT Staffing Coordinator. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our IT recruitment efforts. You will be a vital link in our staffing process, primarily focusing on conducting online interviews with IT professionals across various specializations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers, all within a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online video interviews and phone screenings for IT professionals to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate information and track progress using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT candidates through consistent communication.
  • Assist with creating compelling job postings and contribute to candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote recruiters and account managers to understand client needs.

Required Skills

  • 1 year of experience in a coordination, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency with online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for conducting interviews.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a Human Resources department.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management.
  • Basic understanding of the Information Technology industry and common tech roles.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing techniques.
