Job Description
Join Bupa Global as a Remote Patient Appointment Scheduler, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive timely and efficient healthcare services. Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and emails from patients to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other internal departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Provide patients with pre-appointment instructions and necessary information.
- Document all interactions and scheduling details accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
