Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to start your career in the vibrant hospitality industry? Wagamama in Feltham is searching for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Server / Wait Staff. No prior experience is required – we believe in potential and providing our team members with all the training they need to succeed. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great food and service, we want to hear from you! You will be at the heart of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting and seating guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information on dishes, including daily specials and allergy considerations.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Checking on guest satisfaction throughout their meal and addressing any concerns politely and effectively.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with restaurant setup and clean-down procedures.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
