You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on our extensive product range, and driving sales through personalized recommendations. This is a commission-based role, rewarding your efforts and sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing expert advice on sports nutrition products and supplements.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Drive sales by explaining product benefits, overcoming objections, and encouraging loyalty program sign-ups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and promotional materials.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular product counts.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Support store management with opening and closing procedures as needed.
Required Skills
