Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and eager Storesperson Offsider to join our dynamic logistics team in Werribee. This is an entry-level opportunity where full training will be provided, making it ideal for individuals who are looking to kick-start their career in the logistics and supply chain industry. As a Storesperson Offsider, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient movement and storage of goods within our warehouse and distribution centre. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning valuable skills and contributing to our operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the unloading and loading of freight, ensuring accurate handling and placement.
- Support the picking and packing of orders according to operational procedures.
- Learn and apply inventory management practices, including stock counting and data entry.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely under supervision and after appropriate training (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

- No prior experience in logistics or warehousing required – full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- A valid Australian driver's license (Car/MR/HR) is an advantage but not essential.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory systems.
