Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and digitally-savvy Virtual Product Demonstrator to join our innovative team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in showcasing our cutting-edge digital property products and solutions to potential clients and partners across Australia. Leveraging virtual platforms, you will deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and how our solutions address specific client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of digital tools, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical information in an accessible manner. You’ll be a key part of our sales and marketing efforts, helping to drive adoption and understanding of our diverse product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive virtual product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
- Tailor presentations to specific audience needs and technical understanding.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our digital products.
- Answer questions and address concerns regarding product functionality, integration, and benefits.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective demonstration strategies.
- Gather and provide feedback from demonstrations to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and our evolving product suite.
- Maintain a professional and positive virtual presence.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of demonstration scripts, materials, and digital assets.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in product demonstration, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in a digital or tech environment.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting and presentation platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during live demonstrations.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate, property technology (PropTech), or digital media industries.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience creating engaging digital content (e.g., videos, interactive presentations).
