Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Bromley. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences across various platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for complex digital products and services, from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development, to inform design decisions.
- Translate user research and business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Champion user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the growth of the design team.
- Present design concepts and justify design decisions to internal teams and clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new design tools and methodologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital products.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Demonstrated expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and analytics interpretation.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proven ability to create engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand design feasibility.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
