Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses, using our asset management system.
  • Coordinate the procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of IT equipment for remote and on-site employees.
  • Perform regular audits and reconciliation of IT asset inventory to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with the lifecycle management of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.
  • Collaborate with IT support and operations teams to track asset movements and status updates.
  • Generate reports on asset utilization, compliance, and inventory levels.
  • Support the development and improvement of IT asset management processes and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding asset requests and status.

Required Skills
