Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess suitability, experience, and career aspirations.
- Write engaging job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Manage and update candidate records on our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist consultants with interview scheduling and candidate feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Support the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks.
- Actively participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- A high level of motivation and a proactive approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Resilience and a positive attitude, especially when faced with challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No prior recruitment experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A-Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Any customer service or sales experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, call centre).

- A degree in any discipline (not essential but beneficial).
