Job Description
Join our dedicated back-of-house team as a Hotel Towel Folder. In this essential role, you will ensure our guests always have access to fresh, perfectly folded linens. This is a crucial position that contributes directly to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, working in a consistent, warm environment. We are looking for reliable individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy a structured, active work setting. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, inspect, and fold a high volume of towels and linens according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all folded items are free from stains or damage before storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the laundry department.
- Assist with inventory counts of linens as needed.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with laundry and housekeeping teams to ensure timely supply of linens.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or laundry setting is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with various types of linens and folding techniques.
