Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our dynamic team. This immediate opening is for a crucial front-of-house role, responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, managing front desk operations, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they step into our boutique. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, playing a key role in their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all customers and visitors to the boutique, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments for styling sessions or consultations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and showroom.
  • Process sales transactions and assist customers with returns or exchanges as needed.
  • Provide basic information about products, services, and current promotions.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
  • Handle customer feedback and inquiries with a calm and problem-solving approach.
