Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pineapple Farm Labourers to join our dedicated team in Dalby, Queensland. This full-time outdoor position requires a good level of physical fitness and a strong work ethic. No prior farming experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the skills needed to succeed. You will be an integral part of our cultivation and harvesting process, enjoying the benefits of working in the beautiful outdoors with competitive weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the planting and propagation of pineapple crops.
- Performing weeding, pruning, and general field maintenance tasks.
- Operating and monitoring irrigation systems.
- Carefully harvesting ripe pineapples according to quality standards.
- Packing and preparing harvested fruit for transportation.
- Maintaining farm equipment and tools in good working order.
- Adhering to all farm safety protocols and quality control measures.
